Myrtle Street Art

The exterior of White Walls/Shooting Gallery and the surrounding alleyways are host to local street art. Fixed upon the walls can be found poster art, this beautiful mural of a woman, stencil behind a doorway gate, and rats from Blek Le Rat. If you are in the neighborhood, be sure to step inside the gallery as well for a peek at some of the city’s most brilliant artists! Artwork can be found at Larkin and Myrtle Streets.

Tenderloin GIANT and Dan Plasma Murals

A painted wall in the Tenderloin showcases GIANT and Dan Plasma murals. I like the big bold lettering of GIANT and the faces and eyes that look out at the viewer from an almost tribal-like motif from Dan Plasma. Another way to enjoy art in our city from the Tenderloin!

Good Business is the Best Art

Pen Pop: Street Art is more than just murals and graffiti. It’s the color of store displays and traffic cones; it’s a restaurant’s no-smoking notice; and it’s the handmade sign of mom & pop stores. Harrington’s Pub Mural

Harrington’s Pub and neighboring businesses in the Tenderloin have been dressed up with street art! It looks to be EON 75 who decorated these pillars and walls with some Irish themed street art!

Small Stencils and Posters on Haight Street

Small stencils and posters appear on a vacant wall on Haight Street. This one piece of construction plywood is a constant work in progress for artists in the neighborhood. Walk by every week and there’s always something new to see here!

We Rock Hardest

I came across this fabulous mural in the Tenderloin this last week. It looks like the work of Ben Eine, who has shown his work at galleries in San Francisco, as well as around the world. Other work by Eine in San Francisco includes murals in the Mission District and Hayes Velley.
