Prop 8 Backers Ask Appeals Court To Reconsider Decision
The backers of Proposition 8, California’s same-sex marriage ban, have asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco to review a decision by three of its judges that struck down the measure.
