It’s the Year of the Rabbit and amidst blustery winds and relentless downpours, thousands came out to celebrate the lunar new year. Festivities have been going on for weeks and SF Station photographer Casey Holtz was on hand to capture the goings on at the less chaotic Chinese New Year Community Street Fair.
