It’s a bit of a “touchy” subject but this week, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in a 6-5 vote passed a measure that would ban public nudity under most occasions.

Following a lengthy meeting this week, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget and Finance Committee voted 2-1 to move forward with an agreement between city officials and organizers of the America’s Cup race.

Unless you request yours, the Board of Supervisors is one step closer to banning the delivery of unwanted phone directories. Of course, the final vote is next week and the Yellow Page industry is in full lobbying mode.

Dog owners got thrown a bone yesterday when the SF Board of Supervisors went on record stating that they oppose the federal (proposed) ban on off-leash dogs in certain areas (e.g. Crissy Field, Fort Funston) of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
