A Minute with Jenna Jameson

To say it was a short interview would be an understatement. But with Jenna Jameson in town and the opportunity in front of me, I got a chance to ask a few questions of the world’s most famous adult film star.

Jameson was the special guest as the Gold Club celebrated its 8th anniversary on Thursday. Whenever you meet a person that is so well-known, you tend to think the worse and that they are completely stuck up and all about themselves, but it was the exact opposite with Jameson.

She stepped out of her Cadillac Escalade and met a throng of adoring fans, signing autographs for a few minutes before heading upstairs. She met briefly with the assembled media and was very generous with her time. Color me impressed.

I asked her if she visits the Bay Area much and she said when she does come up to Northern California, she spends most of her time in San Jose. “I actually do go to the Pink Poodle quite a bit,” she told me.

Now retired from the adult film industry, Jameson said she enjoys spending time with her children. But every once in awhile… “It’s nice to come to events like this and strut my stuff. It makes me feel like I haven’t lost that sex appeal and I still got it,” she said. “I think it says a lot about what I accomplished in my career.”
