Zombie Nightlife

Thursday night the living dead take over California Academy of Sciences.

Nightlife this week is all about zombies. Learn about zombie neuroscience and how zombie-like systems would manifest themselves in real life. Check out real brain specimens and go on a zombie apocalypse adventure through the museum. Dance until your feet fall off at zombie prom. Dig up your deadliest, dirtiest,  look to compete in the zombie costume contest, or come fresh faced and have a professional make-up artist give you that perfect undead look. San Francisco’s most infamous and bloodthirsty drag queens will deliver the glitter and gore in the Dead Drag Queen Review.

During Nightlife this week The Go Game hosts the Zombie Apocalypse Challenge. Download their free iPhone app to play zombie-themed missions both inside the Academy or outside in Golden Gate Park. Compete in team with your friends, or recruit new zombie buddies at the Academy. Teams can be as small as two people, or as large as 10.
